I am an authentic and approachable, trauma-informed, solution focused psychotherapist. My other duties include, wellness advocate, addiction & recovery support provider, adjunct professor, clinical supervisor for LCSW-Associates and founder of two companies: Life Matrix NC, a North Carolina based Psychotherapy and Wellness Center and Smartseeds Inc. a former rural NC based mobile Intensive Family Based Mental Health service for children and adolescents. I am proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and have been providing psychotherapy treatment for 16 years.
